3D Art Creation Intern- VR Game creation unpaid internship/ freelance
Looking for student or recent graduate in Video Game Animation / Graphic Design or Digital Arts to join our virtual reality game project as an intern and grow within the team to fulfill the full potential. This position may lead to paid work.
It's a fun team, very exciting project where we are literally breaking new frontiers every day.
The team is based in Mississauga however most work is remote with face to face meetings at times.
Required skills: Artisticly inclined, Creative, responsive, fast learner, positive attitude, enthusiasm and team player. Reliable, capable to meet timelines and targets. Comfortable with3D modelling, Animation, Unity and Blender or similar software tools. All Virtual Reality specific training will be provided.
Required resources: Oculus Quest console or any other specific devices or licenses will be provided if the work requires it.
Advancement opportunity: at the completing of the unpaid internship a successful candidate may move to a paid position.

The Business Development Executive is continually and actively developing the Visualhawk Solutions customer base, serves as the day to day contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction and account expansion. The BDE will provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
Quarterly and Annual sales targets
Find new customers and continually develop the customer base
Work with assigned customers on a day to day basis either in person or over the phone
Provide technical and sales training and activities in support of assigned customers
Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
Works closely with the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities.
Extensive travel to customer locations to assist in roll out projects or potential selling activities
Produce presentation materials
Reporting of results
Written communications to customers
Proven Business development, Account Management and Sales/Sales Operations skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
Technical competence (understand software, hardware, etc)
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent presentation skills (knowledge of PowerPoint is a must)
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
High energy/Highly Motivated and ability to multi task
Ability to deal with various levels of an organization (c-level, sales, technicians, admin)
